POSITANO, AMALFI COAST, ITALY

Do you know what is the hardest thing? Booking a session at a dream location and then waiting months to actually shoot the session. When Rachel and Vincent emailed us about having a honeymoon session in Italy we were really excited but when they said they choose the picturesque Positano on the Amalfi coast as the location we were over the moon! We have a bunch of locations on our bucket list and Amalfi coast was really high on there. We couldn't wait to spend a few days exploring the gorgeous Amalfi coast and photographing their honeymoon session at the gorgeous Positano. And let me tell you, it did not dissapoint! Well, we were a bit shocked because of the crazy driving but everything else was even better than we've imagined. We feel in love with the stunning views among the coast and all the pretty little towns nestled in the high cliffs.

Since this session was in May we decided to do a sunset session because not many people were at the beach. We started the session over some drinks at the magical La Sirenuse hotel where we also did the first part of the session. If you're ever in Positano you have to check out this hotel. It's like a dream! The hotel has a hidden path to the beach, amongst which we found a few pretty spots for some photographs also. But nothing can compare to the gorgeous view of Positano that you get from the beach. It's picture perfect!
