This Privacy Policy describes how Domen Kolšek, s.p. and Urška Majer s.p. (“We”, “Us”) collect, use, share, store and protect your information in connection with products and services offered by our brand.

In our Privacy Policy we refer to customers that use our services and products and visitors to our website as »Users«. We offer photography services and final printed products and in this policy we refer to all of these products as »Services«. We also refer to our website as »Services«.

We use cookies. You can find everything about cookies, how we collect them and store them in our Cookie Policy. With using our website and any of our Services you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We might change this Privacy Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect your personal information and how we store it and use it for our own purposes. This includes personal information that you send us on our email and how you use and interact with our Services.

Any Service provided by us is non mandatory and done of one’s own free will. We don’t require from you any personal data unless you wish to book our services or purchase any products. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not give us your personal data, exit the site and do not interact with any other aspects of our brand and businesses.

You might also provide payment information, such as your bank account number. We do not hold or store payment information, we only receive confirmation from our bank that payment has been processed.

You provide some of it directly, such as emailing us about our Services and when booking our Services. When you email us you provide us with your email address, that we use to email you our offer. If you decide to book our Services we ask you to provide us with your first name, last name, unique personal identification number, home address and any other information regarding to the booking of our Services(for example – wedding date, wedding location,…). Mamoto – We use analytics on our site to collect data to provide us with statistics about our site. We collect non-sensitive information about you, all sensitive information has been anonymized including IP addresses(IP addresses have their last byte anonymized).

If applicable law allows you might be able to have the right to access, update, change or delete the personal information you provided us.

You are able to access, update, change or delete personal information that you provided to us by contacting us at info@urskadomen.com with a request for the required change/changes. You can utilize your other rights regarding to your personal information that you provided to us by emailing us to info@urskadomen.com

To comply with the applicable law, to protect our and other’s right, to resolve any disputes and to enfore our legals terms of use we will retain personal information to the extent permitted.
