Lake Como simply has it all. The gorgeous landscape and panoramic views at every turn, the most stunning and famous villas and delicious italian cusine in the picturesque little towns such as Bellagio or Varenna. Top that with the iconic boat ride to enjoy the villa views with mountains in the background and it’s hard to find a reason not to get married at Lake Como.
When to get married on the Amalfi coast?
The season on Lake Como usually runs from spring to late autumn. It’s definitely a bit more colder with quite a lot more rain compared to other popular wedding regions in Italy. If you’re looking for the best chance at hot weather and no rain, July would be the best option but it’s also the most popular month, beside June and August. If you’re looking to avoid the crowds we suggest May or even better September, October or even November, if you don’t mind a bit more colder temperatures or having your reception inside.
